Only guests who are at least 25 years old (except children with their parents).No parties, stag do's, hen parties, birthdays etc.
On arrival is a damage deposit about 250,00 € in cash and Euro due as well as 5 % CityTax.
Check in is possible between 15:00 and 22.00, check out must be done at 10:00. Check in from 18:00 to 20:00 for a fee of 25,00 € extra, 20:00 to 22:00 for 50,00 € extra. Latest 24 hours before arriving we need an appointment for handover the keys.

Wir hatten ein Top-Flat in der Warschauer Straße, 49 gemietet. Wir kamen früher am Flughafen an riefen bei Wimdu an, um zu erfahren, ob wir vor 15 Uhr unseren Check-in machen koennten. Der Angestellte war recht grob und muerrisch und lehnte das ab; im. Uebrigen habe er damit nichts
Wir riefen den Eigentümer an, der uns sofort um 15:00 Uhr an der Wohnung begruesste. Er war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber, ruhig und vollständig eingerichtet.
Problematisch ist das Tuerschloss, das offensichtlich einen Defekt hat, wodurch die Tür schwierig zu öffnen ist. Obwohl der Besitzer meint, dass man die Tuer mit etwas Geduld oeffnen kann, ist die Reparatur dringend zu empfehlen Das Internet ist sehr stoeranfaellig; das Passsword muss nach wenigen Minuten immer wieder neu eingegeben werden. Der Fernsehempfang war teilweise gestoert, bedingt durch die kurz vorher erfolgte Umstellung auf digitalen Empfang.
Abgesehen von diesen Problemen, gefiel uns die Wohnung, die recht geraeumig ist. Sie ist optimal gelegen: S-Bahn, Tram, Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in naechster Naehe. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment.
Wir könnne den Anbieter und die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
Es war sehr sauber, modern und die Betreuung war perfekt.
Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle nochmal bei euch bedanken für die guten Tipps und die geniale Zeit in Berlin.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Der Verkehr hat nicht gestört, die Wohnung ist gut isoliert. Ausserdem gab es 2 Schlüssel was sehr praktisch war.
