For people with young children, there is playing ground right in front of the door. It is a private area, it belongs to the neighbourhoud.

From the window you only will hear birds and frogs, not a single car, because the windows face to the gardens, not to the street, and the street is very quiet anyway. A bigger street with buses, etc, is 300 metres away.
There is a big closet in which you can walk in (a small room), where you can storage all your stuff and clothes. And there is a big and comfortable bathtub in the toilet and a window for natural light. There is also internet with WIFI.

The next restaurant is in walking distance, an italian Trattoria. Here you find yummy pizza and genuine italian food on a nice and sunny terrace.

Trendy Kreuzkölln –some people likes calling it Kreuzkölln the part of district Neukölln that borders with Kreuzberg, its an insider- with its bars, theaters and Clubs. Two bus stops by bus M41, and the bus Station is arund the Corner at the main street "Sonnenallee". Here you can enjoy the genuine Berlin´s night life.
