BIG 6RMS CITY CENTER APT KURFÜRSTENDAMM

We had a 25 reunion. Party of 7 (all 50 year ) laughing and talking. At 7 PM the door knocks and they will give us a warning that the upstairs neighbor lives there permanently and we make to much noise!! They will call the police next time! (Just talking and laughing).
Then we get mail from lana !
The upstairs neighbor stamps at 4 am. The neighborhood is very very noisy 24/24. A disco on the other side of street!!
Do not recommend to anyone! She should not rent the apartment when she has problems with the neighbors!

Coole Wohnung direkt am Hackeschen Markt. Alles wichtige direkt vor der Tür. Dafür nicht ganz leise.

Lovely apartment! Perfect Mitte location with lots of restaurants around and nice distance from the main sites! Perfect for a big group of girls to explore the city.

Tolle, saubere Wohnung! Sehr zentral, alles auch mit Kids zu Fuß erreichbar.
Geniale Restaurants in der Nähe und alles vorhanden. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Berlin ist fantastisch!

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage, absolut zentral gelegen!
Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden Söhnen da. Ging alles problemlos, viel Platz. In der Küche könnte vielleicht etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck sein. Andererseits haben wir die Küche kaum genutzt, da es genug Möglichkeiten in der nächsten Umgebung zum Brunchen, Lunchen etc. gibt.
Es war sehr heiß in Berlin und nachts hätten wir gerne gelüftet. Draußen war aber regelmässig Partyalarm bis morgens um 5 Uhr, so blieben die Fenster besser zu. Dann ist wirklich fast nix zu hören.
Lana hat sich dankenswerterweise auch um unser liegen gelassenenes elektronisches Equipment gekümmert und es zu uns nach Hause zurückgeschickt.

alloggio basic. meno di così non si può. nessuna accoglienza, chiavi in cassetta con combinazione comunicata via sms. nessuno strumento per la minima sopravvivenza in "appartamento". cucina sguarnita, atrezzi al minimo, due fuochi. quattro seggiole anche se eravamo in cinque, più che altro un posto in cui dormire. pochi piatti, stoviglie ridicole, no lavastoviglie, area della cucina meno di due metri quadrati. adatto a senzatetto.
un minimo sforzo per poter chiedere il pagamento sarebbe gradito.

Point +: appartement très bien situé, propre et réactivité des propriétaires
Point - : très bruyants (immeuble et rue) impossible de faire une nuit correcte en 1 semaine. Cuisine mal équipée pour faire les repas. Pas de balai ni pelle pour nettoyer. À l'arrivée il manquait des draps oreiller et couettes ce qui vu le prix est dommage mais cela a été rapidement résolu.

Alles in Ordnung! Unterkunft wie beschrieben! TOP-Lage, ideal für Sightseeing in Berlin! Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Gastgeberin! Gerne wieder! :-D

Everything was clean and perfect. Only the weather on Thursday. Berliner called it eine Sintflut. And that it was. But the appartment was super. Thanks a lot!
