It is only 7 minutes on foot from the main shopping areas and less than 15 minutes from the beautiful sightseeing areas and the impressive Cathedral.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe; a lounge/dining room with a double sofa bed; an American kitchen and a bathroom fitted with a bathtub.
It is perfectly furnished to ensure a very pleasant stay, and comes complete with air conditioning, warm water, international satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a glass-ceramic hob, a microwave oven with grill and several electrical appliances such a coffee maker, kettle, juice extractor and a blender. There is also a range of household items necessary for 4 people, including: crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment and several other containers and useful items.
All essentials such as table linen, bed sheet, blankets and towels are provided. We also offer a hair dryer and an electric iron, and soap, toilet paper, bin bags, washing-up liquid and detergent are at your disposal for the beginning of your stay.
House rulesUpon arrival you will find the apartment clean and in a perfect condition of occupancy.
It has a set of sheets and towels for each bed, and all kitchen utensils and other apartment equipment. You'll also find some welcome amenities.
No pets are allowed without permission from the owner.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than agreed, nor change of guests without permission from the property during the stay.
It is prohibited to organize parties or gatherings that may cause annoyance to other residents. (The property is entitled to request to leave the accommodation).
If there is damage caused by the client in the apartment , it must be paid before departure. In the event that any effect was detected (damage, break ...) after leaving the apartment, we will contact you as soon as possible to indicate the amount to debit the card you provided at check in as a deposit for these possible cases.
During his stay in the apartment, if you notice anything unusual or broken something, call us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly and you can normally enjoy the apartment.
CHECK OUT THE APARTMENT WILL BE BEFORE THE 11 IN THE MORNING. Let us know on arrival if you require one hour after departure, we will do our best to accommodate you and tell you the additional cost to you.
Upon leaving, the client must:
• Leave the folded linen on the beds and towels piled up on the bathroom floor.
• Provide clean all utensils that were used, placed on the kitchen counter, or sink.
• Dispose of garbage in containers authorized for this purpose on the street.
• Turn off electrical appliances and air conditioning.
• Close the taps.
• Close doors and windows.
Customers are expected to total respect for the facilities of the apartment. It would be appreciated any suggestion on his part.
The stay must be terminated in advance when the client breaks the standard rules of civility, hygiene or cohabitation, as well as in the cases where, with the express prohibition of the owner of the property, the authorized accommodation number of places are exceeded.

Ubicación y trato perfectos, puedes ir caminando a cualquier lado, incluso a la estación de tren.
Lo peor, el ruido, aunque la calle no tiene mucho tránsito, es el ruido del garaje el que se escucha mucho.
Muy atentos tanto Maria Jesus como su marido. Puntual, a la hora de entregar las llaves, preocupados por que todo fuera de nuestro agrado. Los recomiendo. Gracias
Apartamento céntrico y acogedor. El anfitrión muy simpático y atento . Volvería sin dudarlo. Tiene un supermercado muy cerca y sitios donde comer con ambiente a cinco minutos caminando. Zona muy tranquila

The great, clean, bright and very important when you come apartment "broken" to visit the city, a swim in the pool that is located in the courtyard, tiny but effective.
