BEDROOM
Guests are asked to:
• wear house shoes in the bedroom & the rest of the house.
• refrain from playing music before 10am & after 10pm.
• remove rubbish from their room at least once a day.
BATHROOM
• Guests are asked to rinse the shower/wash basin and leave in a clean state after use.
TOILET
• Guests are asked to leave the toilet in a hygienic & clean state after use.
KITCHEN
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen with the following conditions in mind:
• All utensils (plates, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans) are washed after use and returned to their original place so that they are available for others.
• Work surfaces, cooker, hob and any other surfaces are cleaned after use.
• The floor is kept clean and dry.
Guests are reminded that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property (or on the balcony). Anyone who does so will be breaking the law and asked to leave immediately.

La localisation est vraiment formidable - 20 mn du centre à pied environ. Il y a un petit café pour le petit déjeuner en face et le quartier semble calme. L'appartement manque cependant considérablement de commodités : le système de clefs - au demeurant très bien expliqué - manque de simplicité. Surtout il n'y a rien pour poser les affaires dans la chambre (pas de table de chevet, ni meubles de rangement...), pas de lampe de chevet... Une des fenêtre ne ferme pas! L'hygiène laisse aussi à désirer (surtout pour un matelas poser à même le sol, un seul torchon pour 4 chambres, un seul essuie-main dans la salle de bain...)
Dommage il faudrait si peu pour que ce soit formidable.
Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Direkt vor der Türe war die Busstation. In ein paar Minuten Spaziergang ist man im Herzen von London.
Die Wohnung ist etwas klein mit drei Zimmern, die von unterschiedlichen Gästen gebucht werden kann. Das Teilen der Küche und Bad hat gut funktioniert wenn auch die Türen z.b. sehr quietschen und somit auf engen Raum etwas nervig.
Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt (wenn auch nicht lückenlos). Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.
wir waren im September zu dritt in Sams Apartment und alles war super, genau so wie in dem Inserat angegeben.
Sehr sauber und eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe.
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
I would just like to thank you Sam for offering a place to stay during our wonderful trip to London! W didn't spend much time in the apartment but the time we spended, we didn't have any problem whatsoever. It's a great place to stay, with only a 15 minute walk to some of the biggest tourist attractions in London. If I ever went to London again I would definitely considering to stay at this place again!
Everything was as instructed and described, perfect location and very pleasant experience. One problem could be the thin walls so other guests can be heard easily but thankfully I'm a deep sleeper.
Wir waren mit 3 Mädels dort und die Unterkunft war fußläufig zur Themse gelegen und mit dem Bus/Bahn sehr gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war ausreichend und funktional für einen Städtetrip. Küche und Bad waren sauber. Morgens musste man auf Zack sein um einen Platz im Gemeinschaftsbad zu ergattern ;)
Für eine Unterkunft in London ohne Frühstück zu empfehlen.
Locatie is echt TOP!! Dichtbij corner café, veel op loopafstand zoals Big Ben, Londen Eye, West MisterA, museum, metrostation, fietsen Santander huren in de straat.
Prima huis, netjes.

Sam's place is very nice, really close to the city center. Great connection with the public transport, but also very quiet. There was pure, everything prepared for us, perfect!

Información: El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones dobles o cuàdruples, que comparten un baño muy pequeño y una cocina, con gente desconocida.
Muy incómodo compartir baño. Puedes coincidir para la ducha y para necesidades fisiológicas con los otros huéspedes, o sea, debes esperar turno y oler lo que deja el anterior usuário :(
La zona para entrar al apartamento puede mejorar mucho, parece que llegues a un apartamento tercermundista (bicis rotas, suciedad,...)
LO UNICO BUENO ES LA UBICACIÓN Y EL PRECIO !!!!
Information: The apartment has 3 double or quadruple rooms, which share a very small bathroom and a kitchen with strangers.
It is very uncomfortable sharing bathroom. You can match for the shower and physiological needs with other guests, that is, you must wait their turn and smell leaving the previous user :(
The area to enter the apartment can improve a lot, it seems to reach a third-apartment (broken bikes, dirt, ...)
ONLY GOOD IS THE LOCATION AND PRICE !!!!
Llegamos bien gracias a las instrucciones de Sam, el apartamento es muy limpio y está muy bien equipado. Nos gustó mucho la estancia, volveríamos a ir sin duda. Se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Lambeth North y a unos 10 o 15 del Big Ben. La única pequeña e insignificante dificultad fue la de encontrar la puerta de entrada, pero cuando lleguéis al arco donde ponga "China walk" junto a unas bicicletas, pasad por el arco hasta unas pequeñas escaleras, donde veréis junto a la puerta un pequeño cartel redondo donde pone "Astbury House".
