Huge living room with large windows and a large balcony with fantastic view of the pedestrian mall and the Triangeln square in Malmö. On the balcony you can enjoy your breakfast coffee/tea in the sun until noon (during summertime).
Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dinner table in the living room with seating for four (more if needed). A luxurious bathroom, with underfloor heating and thick glass wall backlit with soft light during night – a great place to unwind after an eventful day in Malmö. Two separate toilets and a large walk-in wardrobe.
Two bedrooms with Mille Notti premium quality beds; one large room (with exit to the large balcony) with a 1.8 metre (71 in.) double bed; one bedroom with two 90 cm (35,4 in.) single beds. More beds can be provided. Don't hesitate to let us know your requirements.
Children are welcome, two children's cots (58x111x79 cm; 23x44x31 in.) and (60x110x78 cm; 24x43x31 in.) can be provided as well as high chairs.

Triangeln, where Mats lives, is the end of the central shopping street. It's about a 2 km walk full of shops, coffee houses and restaurants.
If you head further north, you'll find plenty of old-town streets of independent shops and rural markets, including an absolutely fantastic setup of lights guiding your way down the streets, if you visit during Christmastime. The well-known area “Möllevången”, is a cultural spot of Malmö and a melting point of different nationalities, shops, bars and restaurants.
Not to mention the parks/public squares that wintertime are decorated for the season. Heading immediately southeast from the flat you'll find big shopping malls, and other larger chains of restaurants.
Pedestrian street with shopping, bank, post office, grocery stores, design shops, pharmacy and liquor store in the absolute vicinity of our flat.
One of the most popular "nose-to-tail" restaurants in Sweden – Bastard – is located a 15-minute walk away.
Nearby is Malmö Chocolate factory (the only manufacturer in Sweden of chocolate from cacao beans).
The city cinemas and theatres are within walking distance as are major attractions and historic sites. Plenty of museums and galleries in central Malmö. The apartment is only a few blocks from the Opera, Theatre Intiman, Malmö Konsthall (one of the largest exhibition halls in Europe for contemporary art).
There are beautiful old parks with large wooded areas with lawns, ponds and sculptures. The following parks, Slottsparken and Kungsparken, form a green corridor between seafront Ribersborg and our apartment. Here you can walk and run for several kilometres. Ribersborg is an open-air swimming-bath at the Sea with sauna and restaurant. The beach "Ribban" is suitable for year-around activities and exercises.
Close by is also the new large shopping precinct in Malmö City – Triangeln – with 78 shops and restaurants offering everything from fashion and accessories to tools, cosmetics and electronics.
One train station from our flat (4 min.) is the largest shopping area in Scandinavia – Hyllie – including the Concert Hall, Malmö Arena (Eurovision Song Contest 2013).
The flat is also close to the yearly Malmö Festival area (during August).
Short walking distance of the University.
There are a number of choices for grocery shopping and other necessities. The closest one is Hemköp, less than 5 minutes walk, but you could also keep an eye out for ICA and Coop which are equally good choices.
Malmö is a great city for biking. The distances in the city are short, differences in elevation are small and there are plenty of bike paths. You can rent bikes in many places.
Great central location with walking distance to “everything”. Less than 400 m from the underground railway station – Triangeln – only one stop from the Malmö Arena.
About 15 minutes to Copenhagen Airport and 30 minutes to Copenhagen central railway station.
All local trains to every station in southern Sweden stop at the Triangeln station. From here there are trains to Malmö C where the X2000 high-speed trains to Stockholm and Gothenburg stop as well as long-distance trains to the rest of Sweden.
Airport buses to Malmö Airport, local buses and taxis are available from the Triangeln square, less than 5 minutes walking distance away.

Rent per night or on weekly basis to individuals and businesses. Longer rental available by agreement on individual terms.
For 1-2 persons: one night 1 190 SEK (minimum 2 nights stay). One week (7 nights), 8 330 SEK. For each guest after two: 250 SEK per night.
If you like, Mats fetch you at the station Triangeln and help you with your luggage. You are of course welcome to keep in touch with us during your stay. Mats enjoy his home and hope you will enjoy it as well. We wish you a very pleasant stay!
House rulesFeel at home in this apartment. Mats will meet you on arrival and hand you the keys. He'll expect upfront payment and a security deposit of 2000 SEK that you will get back when you return the keys and he can see that the apartment is in a great condition. (Contract will be written.)
He'll request your passport number and a registered home address in your home country for our own security and peace of mind.
Please, be respectful of this home and its contents. No pets. No smoking indoors (smoking allowed on the balcony). No parties. This rental is for holidays only, not commercial purposes. It is not allowed to bring other people to the apartment - only the paying persons staying in the flat are allowed to be in the apartment during your stay. (If you have the need to invite few more persons except for the paying guests, ask Mats.)
The apartment shall be left in the same clean condition as at check-in (including dishes done, trash emptied etc.) – otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be applied.
You are responsible for any damages to the apartment property.
If you take care of Mats apartment, he will take care of you.

A very clean, fully equipped, quiet and spacious apartment. It's in the centre of the city so everything is close by. Mats is the perfect host, always replying promptly to emails. Without us asking for it, he even arranged to meet us at the local train station to take us to his apartment! I thoroughly recommend this apartment.
