Reviews of this property
As we entered the apartement we were immediately metz by an extremely unpleasant musty smell. No wonder: two of the four rooms had no window. In one of them the children were supposed to sleep. At check in, we also noticed that, contra to the specifications, there was no Washing maschine in the apartement. We were Initial reffered to a laundromat 10 min away. What was difficult for us was that Tina blocken our issues completley. She seemed offenen and was obviously not ablenken to Deal with the situation professionelly.
Since the problem of the smell was not resolved, we decided to leave After one nicht in the apartement because we didnt wann to spend our holiday in an impasse situation with a legal dispute. There was no compromsie on Tinas part.
The poor rating is Mail due to this reason.
We would assign the apartement 3 points. It is quite nicely decorated with all Sorte of flea market antiques.
One can use the apartement :
-as a couple that was to explore the City and is not in the apartement very much. We're sure Elisavet will be a good guide for you - she is very nice.
One should avoid the apartement :
- as a family
-as a person with sensitive sense of smell
-if you prefer rooms to have Windows
-if you like to ist out
Unfortunately there were no attemps to male us happy as guests.
It was by far the Most unpleasant encounter in 3 weeks in Greece.
Fortunately, the days we spent afterwards in Greece were also nice.
Sorry, it was a completley wash-out
We enjoyed our stay at this historical very nice appartment a lot. Thank you very much....after a 15minutes walk through the naTional park you reach Sintagma square...
This house is located close to but not in the center of everything, which we loved. Close enough to walk to whatever we wanted to do but quiet when we returned after a long day of exploring. Elissavet met us at the house and she not only gave us a tour of the house but she also told us about places we might like to explore. We were very impressed with their communication before we arrived and also while we stayed in the apartment. The apartment is just as it appears on the website. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is small but perfectly functional and the shower had hot water. Best of all, if you're visiting in the summer, it has AC in both the living room and bedroom. Tina also owns a tour company called Alternative Athens. We took the food tour and the mythological tour and they were both outstanding. We'd stay here again if (or when) we return to Athens.
Very nice appartment. It is not far to the Plaka. Everything is fine. Tina and Elissavet are very friendly. And for sure we come back, if we are ver in Athens again.
Very nice apartment! We loved staying there. All basic facilities are present, Nice location.
