Description
Floor space: 76 square meters.
Rooms: 2 rooms (1 big bedroom and living room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and dining area).
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with street view on Vaci street. Furnished with furniture in good condition in Hungarian style.
The kitchen is equipped all necessary staff with dining area. The apartment is very lightly and located on south side.
The apartment refurbishment has been made in March of 2015.
The TV apartment has french, spanish, german. italian, russian and other channels. A high speed Wifi is available in the apartment.
By the request of a guest the transfer from airport to the apartment would be provided at additional charges considerable less than a taxi fare in any time of arrival and departure.
Up to 7 people can comfortably fit to the apartment ( double bed, two double sofa and single bed),.
Facts of the location:
The Central Market Hall and train stops are 3-5 minutes of walk. The Central Market Hall (in Hungarian "Nagycsarnok") is a large indoor market, where you can find delicious Hungarian food and handcrafted products and good t wines.
Vaci Street is a famous pedestrian shopping street with many elegant restaurants, bars and cafe-s, as well as book-and souvenir shops.
Close by you can find Raday Street as well, which has a very lively atmosphere during the day and night alike - it is often called the "Soho of Budapest".
Guest access
You can take the metro or at Ferenciek Square ( M3 ), or at Kalvin Square ( M3 ). From Ferenciek sguare you can reach many places in both part of Budapest ( Buda and Pest) by metro or bus including express (fast) bus.
Moreover, newly constructed meto # 4 ( Fovam ter meto station) would provide a direct acess from/to Keleti station while other 2 major rail way stations could be reached by metro in a very short time (10-15 minutes).
The tram stops on Fovam square would provide you an opportunity have a good journey along Danube ( tram #2 ) and also to reach Buda side and Deak square on Pest (tram 47,49) ,which is main point of public transport in Budapest.
The River Danube is close as well, and if you pass the bridge, you arrive to Buda side where you can visit the beautiful Castle Quarter, the Gellert Spa and Bath and the Buda Hills, where are located several unique sightseeing such as the Matthias Church Fishermen's Bastion, the Royal Palace with the National Gallery, Historical Museum of Budapest and President's Palace.

This is a jewel of an apartment. It is in the best location in Budapest for a tourist visiting the city. (I know, I am originally from Budapest.) The apartment is large and spacious, extremely clean and very quiet. There is no noise from the street what so ever. It is well equipped all around, including the kitchen with everything one would need to prepare a meal. There is even salt, sugar, paper towels, dishwasher liquid, etc. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the airport, at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend this apartment.
We had a wonderful stay in Budapest in Natalya's apartment wich is very well located in the city centre. The aparment is rather large and was very clean en well equiped, had a nice bathroom en 2 toilets. We would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of the city. We were very glad with the help of Ernest (a friend of owners) who came to pick us up at the airport when we arrived in the evening. He gave us some interesting information about the city and also sent us a tour proposal by email to discover the city. Thank you Ernest for your kindness and help.
And sorry we were a little late with our recommandation.

Super Wohnung, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, in der man richtig viel Platz hat und sich gleich wie Zuhause fühlt. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite, persönliche Betreuung und perfekte Lage!
The apartment has a very good location, it is clean and well equipped and communication with Natalia and her husband was great.

The location, heating, facilities was very satisfactory. No noise from the street is heard at all when you are in the flat.
Everything went well with the flat, except that the timber tiles were producing a lot of dust as we were walking on them because they were moving, and someone smoked in the flat before us, we could feel the odour of the cigarette all the time we we were there.
I wouldn't recommend the flat for allergic people due to the dust produced below the tiles.
A really wonderful place, large and clean in the heart of the city.
The time of arrival and departure was bad but Natalia accepted anyway.
Thanks to Ernest for having taken and reported at the airport and giving us a lot of information about the city.

Wir nutzten die Wohnung zu zweit: Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und sehr sauber und mit einem wunderbar erhaltenen Parkettboden ausgelegt.
Die Betten sind hervorragend.
Die zweite Toilette phantastisch.
Die Küche beinhaltet die notwendigen Utensilien, auch einen Expressokocher, jedoch keine Kaffeemaschine. Neben Salz und Pfeffer hätten wir uns gerne noch mehr Gewürze und Öl, wie vielleicht auch ein paar Teebeutel und etwas Kaffee für die erste Tasse gewünscht.
Der Fahrstuhl ist phantastisch und funktioniert einwandfrei.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der ruhigen autofreien vaci utja und erinnert noch ein wenig an die K&K Zeit, wie viele touristisch interessante und sehenswerte Gebäude in Budapest.
Am Anreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck schon ein paar Stunden vor dem check in in der Wohnung abstellen.
Fussläufig sind sehr viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen
Die Donau liegt gleich um die Ecke, wie auch die größte traditionsreiche ungarische Markthalle. Die jedoch in Bezug auf das Angebot für touristische Mitbringsel uns sehr teuer erschien. Dafür ein reichhaltiges Angebot für den täglichen Bedarf liefert, mit dem sich auch die Budapester eindecken.
Natalya und ihr Mann sind sympathische und aufmerksame Vermieter, die auch bei der Beseitigung eines Wohnungsproblems sofort behilflich waren.
Danke Natalya. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.
Квартира полностью соответсвует по всем характеристекам описанию на сайте. Комфорт и удачное местоположение квартиры, позволили нашей семье прекрасно провести время в Будапеште. Владельцы квартиры Нурлан и Наталья (русскоязычные) были к нам очень внимательны и отзывчивы. Все вопросы, включая бронь квартиры, встречу и отъезд (трансфер), а также нашего пребывания в день отъезда - были разрешены на самом высоком уровне. Надеемся при следующем посещении Будапешта, вновь остановиться в квартире на Ваци.
