The entire place is equipped with all the amenities and little details you will need and want during your stay, including a very nice environment. It is very trendy and cosy. The view is very pretty. All the apartment has a lot of light during the day, which makes it very bright.
In the surroundings you will find supermarkets and some great spots to walk and wander and main attractions. It is easy to get around. The Catalan city is saturated with art; the influences of the artists Salvador Dalí, Pablo Picasso, and Joan Miró, and architect Antoni Gaudí can be seen nearly everywhere. Even so, this Mediterranean port was overlooked for decades, until the 1992 Olympics set off a chain reaction that reinvigoatred Barcelona.
The city’s tradition of experimentation with design and cuisine helped set the stage for its bold fusion restaurants and cutting-edge design shops. Today, Spain’s second largest metropolis is buzzing.

A bit of a disappointing start of the holidays.
For starters the description is probably copied from another apartment. The sunny apartment is actually not so sunny because it only has one translucent roofwindow in the kitchen, so absolutely no sun or views whatsoever (change the title perhaps?).
Because of this there is also minimal ventilation, which makes it smell unfresh. Luckily there were three ventilators provided. The bed was also not so clean as it had some suspicious stains, and the shower had mold (and less than half a toilet paper). The bathroom did have a window to a (unventilated) shaft, but when this is opened people can look right into the bathroom from the elevator.
Holidays are meant for sightseeing and being out all day, so it was mostly for spending the nights, but still the lack of views outside, light (even a tv would've been nice) during some evenings and mornings made it feel a bit claustrophobic.
It was nice that there was a washing machine though, even though there was no washing soap/ powder.
Then about the location; overall it's a nice neighbourhood, but it is not located where the map shows it to be next to sants trainstation. It is actually in between metro stops Entenca and Hospital clinic. This meant we had to transfer or walk a lot to get to the green line. Even though this is not so weird for such a big city, the location was one of the decisive qualities for us to book it.
Overall this may sound a bit like complaining about everything, but there were just so many small things that were disappointing the experience was not that joyfull and this is a shame in such a wonderfull city. Even though it is affordable I wouldn't recommend this apartment.

Man sollte jedoch keine hohen Ansprüche mitbringen.

The accommodation is ideal for those who are not dependent on sheer luxury, rather for a couple or a couple and one. The terrace provides a beautiful sight of the landscape and the cities north of Barcelona, the town of which can easily and fast be reached by a suburban train. La Floresta is a lovely hilly village with steep and narrow roads. The landlady is a very kind and helpful person.
very good location. all the tourist bus lines, renfe, Aerobus, subways start and stop here. the host is very nice. the room is a little small for 2 and the bathroom, but is OK for some days.
Couple 35 ans
