All rooms are spacious and sunny, two floors. At the top floor are three double bedrooms and a bathroom. In ground floor are lounge/dinner with international TV, DVD, sound system, internet acces (wifi) and air condition. Bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with views and access to the private pool.
Garden furniture and sun loungers.
1 bed linen set with covers, 1 bath towel and 1 bath toilet per person are provided. Also teatowels.
You need to bring beach towels.

Private garage for a car and place on the street always available.
Located in a residential area close to village of Llucmajor and S'Arenal.
Quiet area. Local neighborhood living all year. Small shopping center nearby, service bank, pharmacie, supermarket, bars and restaurants, bookshop, bakery...
800 meters walking panoramic views over Bahia de Palma on the cliff, perfectly accommodated to descend on foot or by car special for diving and enjoy the lovely sunset .
This area of Mallorca is very popular between cyclists, the house is located very close to the main cycle routes.
4 min. to Maioris Golf course. The Marriott Golf and Spa resort is 10 minutes driving.
Near the city of Palma, just 20 min. driving, most outstanding in this locality is its coast, which varies along its 35 kilometres. In El Arenal, which is a continuation of Playa de Palma, the coast is a large sandy beach but further towards the west it becomes abrupt, first it is rocky and later large cliffs are found especially in Cape Enderrocat. This is a truly spectacular region that offers excellent views on the sea. The highest point is the lighthouse in Cabo Blanco at nearly 90 meters from sea level. Arriving towards S'Estanyol the sand once again takes over the landscape in the form of large beautiful beaches, 'Es Trenc' Beautiful unspoilt beach said to be one of the best.
HOW TO MOVE:
Driving time from Palma Airport is 15 minutes. Car would be recommended, but not essential. There is a reliable bus service to go S'Arenal and city of Palma.
House rulesJULY AND AUGUST RENT MUST BE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
On arrival will be asked 100€ cash for final cleaning and 200€ deposit to be returned at the end of your stay. If check out is before 10am damage deposit will be returned through bank transfer the day after your departure.
There will be a charge of 30€ for arrivals after 21:00.

Fantastic holiday at villa in Sa Rapita. Hosts were great and nothing was too much trouble, always available. Villa itself was all we could want and more, clean, spacious with a lovely pool and garden area. Location was brilliant, great beaches and away from the more commercial areas. Would recommend in a heart beat!
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Palma. Die Wohnung war sehr ansprechend, hell und von der Grösse absolut ausreichend. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch gut funktioniert.
First visit to Palma, we were met by Victoria who was lovely. She guided us to the apartment then recommended places to visit etc....
The apartment was perfectly located, close to many restaurants & bars (not too close, it was quiet after midnight) the excellent fresh market Olivar was only a short distance away, within easy walking. Also ideally located for the many attractions in & around Palma especially the old town.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean & comfortable, we would highly recommend this for future visits. Very impressed by Wimdu, we will definitely book our next trip with them.

Great location in heart of the city, minutes walk from shops, restaurants, beautiful squares yet quiet and peaceful. Comfortable, clean well equipped apartment, located on 2 floor so a bit of a climb if you have heavy bags. Victoria was great with helpful advice on things to do. We loved it and will be back!

The stylish, super clean flat can not be more central than it is! We felt there just like at home :-)
Everything (shops, restaurants, bus station, cathedral, citybeach, port) ist just a few minutes walk away from the flat.
The communication went super easy and fast with Victioria and Merce, Merce gave us loads of tipps where to go to make our Mallorca trip unforgettable.
