This charming fully furnished ,46m2 flat is located in the central district of Charlottenburg on a mezzanine floor that leads directly to the interior courtyard, with a separate private entry.
The cute and cozy main room is very tastefully decorated with international works of art and offers a delicate combination of lounge and bedroom area. Guests will enjoy relaxing moments watching the flat-screen television or having a drink whilst simply admiring the original paintings of renewed european artists, lamps and table are objects of design.
The bed is a King-size.
There is free WIFI internet connection for both work and leisure purposes.
The sunny kitchen (with view on the garden) is fitted with everything guests might need to prepare their meals. There is also a small selection of drinks and snacks (an additional cost that can be confirmed directly with the owner).

In a few minutes walk you reach the Kurfürstendamm, known locally as the Ku'damm, is one of the most famous avenues in Berlin. stop at Olivaer Platz, you'll be on Kurfuerstendamm (the biggest shop-street of the West), walk in the same direction of the bus. When you arrive to the next stoplight turn left (you'll be in the Schlueterstrasse), walk 600 mt and you'll find the 66 on your right.

bis auf die Anlaufschwierigkeiten mit der von mir versemmelten Rückmeldung war alles fein.
Lage der Wohnung klasse, gute Nahverkehrsanbindung zur S-Bahn.
Die Wohnung ist für Reisende gut ausgestattet.
Das Dusch/Badewasser heiß und der Aufenthalt problemlos.
Abbiamo avuto una meravigliosa accoglienza, tantissime informazioni sia sulla casa che sulla città(fantastica). La casa è molto bella ed attrezzata di tutto, noi eravamo in tre e siamo stati molto comodi e con un buon confort.inoltre la casa si trova in una bellissima zona silenziosa,con tutto ciò che serve,dal supermercato,panificio,bar,farmacia. fondamentale è stata la stretta vicinanza con la metro e le fermate dei bus,che in 10 minuti ti portano in una qualsiasi zona centrale di Berlino,aggiungo solo che la città merita veramente molto di più che una sola settimana di permanenza.ritorneremo senz'altro in futuro..grazie e da presto.
We had a wonderful reception, lots of information on both the home and the city (fantastic). The House is very beautiful and equipped with everything we were in three and we were very comfortable and a good location. in addition the House is located in a beautiful quiet area, with everything you need, from the supermarket, bakery, bar, pharmacy. paramount was the close proximity to the Metro and bus stations, which in 10 minutes takes you to any central area of Berlin, I add only the city truly deserves a lot more one week spent. we will return without doubt in the future ... Nette Gastgeber, pünktlich und zuverlässig. Wohnung war ideal für 2 Personen alles was man braucht. Sauber und super gelegen, in der Nähe Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäcker U Bahnstation und S Bahnstation.
Diese Wohnung kann man nur positiv weiterempfehlen werden beim nächsten Berlinaufenthalt sicher wieder diese Wohnung aufsuchen.
