The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, open plan kitchen and living area, double bedroom and bathroom. It is exceptionally well finished in every detail from granite kitchen surfaces, fully furnished throughout and luxury underfloor heating.
The living area includes Sofa, flat-screen TV/DVD and a table and chairs for dining, as well as a separate desk.
The open plan kitchen area is superbly fitted and fully equipped with all appliances needed during a self-catering stay.
The bedroom has a double bed and is well furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
The bathroom is spacious and it combines bath and overhead shower and there is constant hot water.
Secure patio doors open onto the garden area at the rear of the property.
The apartment is close to Headington Hospitals, Oxford Brookes University and Headington School. It is near the Headington roundabout on the Oxford ring road also ideal for access to all the business and science parks to the south and east of Oxford, as well as to London. Oxford city centre is easily accessible with frequent bus services.
Guests have access to one parking space on the drive at the property

There is a £150 Security/Damages Deposit payable on arrival. Photo ID will also be required on arrival.
The Apartment is 10 - 15 minutes from Oxford City Centre. Located in the leafy suburb of Headington. The Apartments are near to the Headington roundabout on the Oxford ring road also ideal for access to all the business and science parks to the south and east of Oxford, as well as to London.
The Headington area is full of restaurants serving fantastic food from all over the world. In addition, there are continential cafés, gastropubs and shops.
The apartment is also a 5 minute walk from a Co-operative, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and Iceland supermarkets.
Guests will also find the location suitable for John Radcliffe, Churchill and Nuffield Hospitals. The Jenner Institute, Oxford Brookes University and Headington Schools.
The bus stop is located directly outside of the apartments and there are frequent bus services (approximately every 8 minutes) to Oxford city centre. There is also an added benefit of coach services to London, Gatwick, Heathrow, Stanstead and routes to Buckinghamshire.
House rulesThe lead hirer must be at LEAST 21 years at the time of booking.
NUMBER OF PERSONS IN THE PROPERTY- must not exceed the number of persons stated on the booking form. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.
CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 2PM GMT AND CHECKOUT is 11 AM GMT

PETS - are not permitted in the apartments under any conditions
SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A security deposit of £150 is required. This must be received ON OR BEFORE ARRIVAL of booking the holiday property. The deposit is not applied toward rental fees however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met;
• No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All rubbish is placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• All keys are returned and the apartment is left locked.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or law enforcement
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to two (2) persons. An additional charge or £15.00 per person per night for guests in addition to two (2) will be assessed.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay
DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – Linens and bath towels are included in the apartment, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the apartment.
FALSIFIED BOOKINGS – Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be
Permitted to check in.
PARKING – Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is subject to restrictions and any illegally parked cars are subject to fines/towing fees which are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
INSURANCE - We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover you for the duration of your booking. We do not accept any responsibility for your personal belongings or your vehicle it is your responsibility to arrange appropriate cover.
DISABILITY/MEDICAL PROBLEMS - If you or any member of your party has any medical problems or disabilities that may affect your booking please tell us before you confirm your booking.
We are permitted entry to the apartment at any time if there is reasonable cause to suspect that any of the above regulations are being broken. Any guest not abiding by the above requests will be requested to vacate the apartment with no refund of fees paid.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir konnten gemütlich kochen und schlemmen. Besonders möchte ich mich bei Jacintha bedanken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Perfekt! Wie daheim!

Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, liegt zur Stadtmitte Oxford und zum Flughafen Heathrow verkehrsgünstig. Haltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus.
Einführung und Empfang durch Jacintha sehr freundlich und kompetent; Jacintha steht überdies die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthalts als Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung.
Einziges Manko ist das für 2 Personen ziemlich schmale Doppelbett und die nicht gut schließende Türe im Schlafzimmer.
Hilfreich ist die umfangreiche Mappe mit Hinweisen zu Wohnung und Umgebung, die von der Eigentümerin hinterlegt wurde.
Alles in allem eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung in angenehmer Umgebung und trotz Lage an der Hauptstraße nicht laut, da die beiden Schlafräume nach hinten ausgerichtet sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden :-)!
