The area is one of the most chic and comfortable Paris. You will find everything you need nearby: restaurants, cafes, market, bakery, pharmacy ... and you are in the neighborhood of the luxury brands. You will stay a few meters from the most beautiful avenue in the world.
On the second floor with elevator, this apartment offers a large lounge, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The apartment is very bright.

The vibrant and fashionable surrounding area includes tree-lined streets restaurants, cafés and markets.
HOW TO GET THERE
Three metro lines (line 1, line 2 and line 6) and several bus lines are nearby, ideal for getting around Paris.
You are 3 minutes walk to Champs Elysees, 10 minutes from the Louvre Museum and La Defense.
You are also directly connected to all stations in Paris : Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon and Gare Montparnasse. You can take the train directly to London, Brussels, Amsterdam.
FROM / TO AIRPORT
From the station Châtelet you can take the train to the airport Charles de Gaulle and Orly.
The apartment can be rented for a minimum of three (3) nights and a maximum of six (6) months.
LATE ARRIVALS CHARGES
For late arrivals, please note that a late check-in charge will apply, which amounts to EUR 20 between 8 PM and 10 PM and EUR 40 after 10 PM.
A deposit of € 500 is required to cover any damage or repairs in the apartment because of the tenants. It should be set by CB on the day of arrival with our mobile payment terminal (the sum in question is not charged but "pre- authorized" like renting a car for example).

The house is like you see in the picture very pretty . The owner was friendly and helpful .Unique defect cleaning and linen change in a week that were never performed .

For us it was the first hotel that we have booked through Wimdu. The settlement through Wimdu, the contact with the owner and the key handover went smoothly.
The apartment itself was just as equipped as described on Wimdu. It is located in close proximity to the Metro and bus stations. Is located very close to a small supermarket and several restaurants. However, there were some little things that can turn our rating slightly negative.
For example, there were traces of walls and Furnishing (Missing outlet surrounds, peeling paint, etc.) that would be with small handles to fix quickly. The cleanliness could, especially in the bathroom, have been better.
Since the apartment is directly above a pub that is sleeping in the living room only limited by the noise available.

Für uns war es die erste Unterkunft, die wir über WIMDU gebucht haben. Die Abwicklung über WIMDU, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos.
Die Wohnung an sich war genauso ausgestattet wie sie auf WIMDU beschrieben wurde. Sie befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro und zu Bushaltestellen. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, sowie mehrere Restaurants. Allerdings gab es einige Kleinigkeiten, die unsere Bewertung etwas negativer ausfallen lassen.
Z.B. gab es Gebrauchsspuren an Wänden und Möbiliar (Fehlende Steckdosenumrandungen, abblätternde Farbe etc.) , die mit kleinen Handgriffen schnell zu beheben wären. Auch die Sauberkeit hätte, vor allem im Bad, besser sein können.
Da die Wohnung direkt über einer Kneipe ist, ist die Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer durch den Lärm nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.

The apartment is as shown in the photos. It is in a quiet street, but close to other streets full of shops and places to eat. The metro and some supermarkets are within about three minutes. Would repeat without hesitation.
El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Está en una calle tranquila, pero al lado de otras calles llenas de comercios y lugares para comer. El metro y algunos supermercados se encuentran a unos tres minutos a pie. Volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda.
