The accommodation consists of two floors (160 m2). Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of them counts with two single beds, and the others are equipped with a double bed. None of the bedrooms have air conditioning but we are pleased to supply fans upon request – please ask before. There are two bathrooms, one of them with shower cabin and the other one with bath tub.
The house has a rural and rustic atmosphere. Sit down and relax; the living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book, watch television (Satellite TV) or just take a nap. Of course the living area also counts with a chimney for chilly nights. The dining area shares space with the living room. There is a table with seats for up to six people. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. There are enough parking spaces for up to 3 cars in front of the house, but they are not covered. Pets are welcome!
For your garden parties there is a BBQ and a table with seats on the terrace. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or just relax while your children are playing in the garden. The lawn has a size of about 50m2. The private pool has a size of 9 meters x 4 meters. Sure you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool on one of the sunloungers - the perfect place for all the sun lovers, who are searching for a quiet and private place to enjoy the Majorcan sun. From the terrace you will enjoy nice views over the countryside up to the mountains.
The plot has 1500 m2 and has been used for decades for agricultural purposes. The former owners were farmers and still you can see some remainders of this activity. Close to the house you will find sheeps, rabbits, hens, etc and a wide variety of trees, mostly almond trees.
About 2.5 kilometers far from the house, you will find the city of Inca. There you will find gas stations, a hospital, pharmacies, lots of restaurants and shops, supermarkets, etc.
When you leave Inca heading to Lluc you will pass by Selva and afterwards go into a valley, there lays the village of Caimari. There you will find some bars with a good atmosphere, especially during the night from the 16th to the 17th of august (during these dates take place the annual celebrations of the village). The town is famous for its good olive oil, which is elaborated there. At the olive mill “La Tafona” you can see all the process of making olive oil; furthermore they have a good restaurant.
The next beaches are situated in Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcúdia. You will reach them in less than half an hour. In the west of the island you will find the magnificent mountain range of the Serra de Tramuntana with lots of nice spots. Very famous is the small bay “La Calobra”.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

A very nice, big house in the old town. With arches from 1771! We enjoyed it very much.
We enjoyed our holiday in the accommodation very, The house was clean and well furnished. The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, but we recovered good anyway (;-)).
The distance to the beach is about 1 km, we had a car, so it was no problem.
The area is very quiet, sleeping in was not an issue.
We would love to go back. Is recommended.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Unterkunft sehr genossen, Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren leider etwas hart und unbequem, aber wir haben uns trotzdem (;-) ) gut erholt.
Der Abstand zum Strand ist ca 1 Km, wir hatten ein Auto, daher war es kein Problem.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, Ausschlafen war kein Problem.
Wir würden gerne wieder hinfahren. Ist empfehlenswert.
Wimdu kann ich nur empfehlen, wir hatten kleine Probleme mit dem Haus am Anfang, die Kollegen haben sich vorbildlich um die Lösung bemüht, danke dafür!
The house is great. You have enough room, beautiful pool and everything is clean. Two minor issues: 1. The owner can only speak Spanish, so that can be difficult. 2. The bed in one of the rooms was clearly at the end of his life.
The service from 'Charming Islands' was perfect. They are 24hours available and the service is good and swift.
We had a great vacation.

We were in August 2 weeks Add Son Veny and we felt very well filled. We can only agree with the content of the initial evaluation of Holger. The fact that the rooms are open at the top, is a very important information, but we did not really bother us at the end. The house is inside and outside in excellent condition and very individually decorated inside but tastefully. In particular, the spacious layout ensures that even with several people always find a spot somewhere. The homeowner is super nice and helpful. Only outside the few shady spots we found not so great. In particular, the pool a canopy or more umbrellas would have been very helpful.
Wir waren im August 2 Wochen in Son Veny und haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Wir können uns der ersten Bewertung von Holger inhaltlich nur anschließen. Dass die Räume nach oben offen sind, ist eine sehr wichtige Info, hat uns aber am Ende nicht wirklich gestört. Das Haus ist innen wie aussen in bestem Zustand und innen sehr individuell aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die großzügige Raumaufteilung sorgt dafür, dass man auch mit mehreren Leuten immer irgendwo ein Plätzchen findet. Der Hausbesitzer ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig die wenigen Schattenplätze draussen fanden wir nicht so toll. Insbesondere am Pool wäre eine Überdachung oder mehrere Schirme sehr hilfreich gewesen.
Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment and location were brilliant , close to the beach and near to amenities. The owners were lovely. And the chalet/villa was lovely. Would highly recommend it!
