Comfortably furnished to provide an ideal accommodation for couples and small families, this accommodation is set upon three floors.
The ground floor comes with 1 bedroom with a large double bed (150cm x 190cm), beside table, wardrobe and dressing table, completely equipped kitchen (equipped with gas cooker, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave oven, mixer, coffee-maker, iron and ironing board) and a bright bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, basin and hair-drier.
The first floor features a cozy open lounge with double sofa-bed (135cm x 180cm) for 2 people, dining area with a wooden table and 6 chairs, colour TV, digital satellite with international channels, music system with CD, French door with beautiful views.
The second floor, finally, comes with a furnished (table and two wooden banks) roof terrace with extraordinary views to the Alhambra, Generalife, Albayzín and Sacromonte.
Amenities include: air conditioning, heat pump, phone and WLAN Internet access.
This home is located in a pedestrian street set within 3 minutes walking distance from the central Plaza Nueva.
When visiting Granada don't forget to see the Alhambra, declared world heritage site by UNESCO in 1984, and being the most emblematic and one of the most visited points of interest of Spain. It consists of a vast defensive sight developed over the 11th century. The complex also includes the Museum of Alhambra, with items from the original monument itself.
Besides this there are other several points of interest such as the Allbayzin, the Sacromonte, Charterhouse. The streets of Granada are filled with much cultural diversity, being specially a place to learn about new cultures and beliefs, including the wonderful gastronomy of each district.

The key holder will act as contact person in case of incidents of any kind.

As soon as the reservation has been validated, a detailed description of the meeting place and the phone numbers of the key keeper will be sent. It is of paramount importance to carry this information with you on arrival. Otherwise you'll not be able to contact the key holder nor find the house.
In case of any incidents, you may always call the key keeper at the given phone numbers. He'll do whatever is possible to solve the problem.
Please plan to arrive between 16:00 and 21:00. If it were impossible to use this time window, you should indicate so when you make your reservation and we'll try to find a solution. Your reservation might be cancelled in case you arrive after 21:00 without prior notice.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150. The deposit will be refunded on departure, if the house is in the same conditions as on arrival. Otherwise, the repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit. Consider that, in case an extra final cleaning is needed, €30 might be charged. In any case, all damage beyond common wear on the house has to be repaired on expenses of the tenant.
