You'll have your own, free parking space right at the building (on demand). Living area with large window front (great view for small children too, because the windows extend down to the floor). There are 2 bedrooms (2 rooms with a double bed). A fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your meals. Bathroom (bath/WC) with large mirror and hairdryer. Free, fast WLAN. Every guest will receive a free pair of cosy, disposable slippers. Bath and hand towels, organic soap and washing up liquid, toilet paper. Ironing board and iron (on demand).
Your apartment is located in the city centre in the ‘Mitte’ district. Alexanderplatz, the government quarter, the beautiful boulevard ‘Unter den Linden’ with the State Opera, the Brandenburg Gate, and the Museum Island are easy to reach from here. You will live close to many sights and attractions that Berlin offers.
The apartment is on the 6th floor.
The underground station U8 Heinrich-Heine-Strasse (direct connections to Alexanderplatz, Rosenthaler Platz, Kottbusser Tor) is located in the immediate vicinity of the building. You can walk to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes and can still live in a quiet area.
It is easy to reach the apartment by car and your own, free parking space is right at the building. You can reach the following stations on foot within 2-5 minutes: U2 Märkisches Museum (direct connection to Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz). S Jannowitzbrücke (direct connection to Hauptbahnhof, Friedrichstrasse, Ostbahnhof, Hackescher Markt).
The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. You can relax here in peace after a long outing to discover the capital city. Shopping (supermarket, baker, late-night shopping) is located just around the corner and is marked clearly on a map of the surroundings in the apartment.
More activities in the immediate vicinity: children’s playground; parking facility; restaurants; cafés; clubs (Tresor, Watergate, Berghain); bars.

here is a little summary:
Key collection was perfect. We had 5min. waited, but we were informed by SMS ... Then we were shown the apartment and the surrounding area. So along the lines of "where do we find what" ...
The apartment was really super clean but basic and functional. The beds were also very comfortable. The TV was relatively small, as the team could once again, "invest".
Overall, we can recommend the apartment at any time and the next time we will stay there again ...

Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt. Wir hatten 5min. gewartet, aber wir wurden darüber per SMS informiert...Dann bekamen wir die Wohnung gezeigt und die nähere Umgebung. Also nach dem Motto "wo finden wir was"...
Das Apartment war wirklich super sauber, aber einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Der Fernseher war relativ klein, da könnte das Team nochmals "investieren".
Insgesamt können wir das Apartment jederzeit empfehlen und das nächsten Mal werden wir dort wieder buchen...
Fine appartment for a short stay. The appartment is not ment for stays where you want to cook at home every evening You can cook simple meal, but not more.
Good location for exploring the city. Multiple transportation possibilities within a short walk.
The "stylish" means IKEA.
Only problem was that when we were running late, the guy who should let us in did not answer to our text-messages, so he was leaving when we arrived 15 minutes after expected arrival. Two minutes later, and we would never have gotten the key.
Directions should say that the door is not on Heinrich-Heine Strasse, but on the back of the building.

The apartment is 1a, easily accessible thanks to metro on the doorstep. Very clean, and no problems with the keys.

Staying in the apartment enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is centrally located, yet quiet. (Alex in To-foot proximity). The equipment is pragmatic and absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway.

Clean apartment with everything you need, cozy and close to a metro station. The only downside: the neighborhood is not nice, what desolate, almost no shops and eateries.
Net appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt; gezellig ingericht en vlakbij een metrostation. Enig minpuntje: de wijk is niet leuk, wat desolaat, vrijwel geen winkels en eetgelegenheden.

Very nice apartment and a good location. We liked the neighbourhood and the closeness to other neigbourhoods worth seeing. Several metro stations very close by. Also a very fluent communication with Benjamin + Team!
