The whole Apartment has been fully and tastefully renovated by Maria's brother Ramon. who himself was an architect.
The kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment and utencils, including cleaning material and soap.

The kitchen is to be used only for breakfast. Special permission is required if needed for cooking.

The penthouse apartment building itself is situated in a sought after exclusive area in the heart of Palma de Mallorca which is a beautiful tree lined and quiet side street just off the most important and central street called Jaume III as well as the other important Passeig or Paseo Mallorca at the back of the building.
All necessities including supermarkets, banks, coffee shops and restaurants, shopping, taxi stand and bus stand etc.. are either on the same street or just round the corner.
The major places of interest, museums, cultural and entertainment areas are in the neighbourhood within walking distance, including the famous Cathedral and waterfront area.

Although we do not physically live in this apartment, we are available at any time on phone, whatsapp or e.mail. We are happy to provide any service or information required. And our home in Costa den Blanes is only a 10 minutes drive.
Taxi stand is just down the road about 60meters.
Same for bus stops which are convenient to connect to other parts of the city and the island at large.
