The apartment is situated in Berlin-Mitte (Wedding), a central area close to Friedrichstrasse and Unter den Linden, Berlin`s famous shopping culture and lounging miles. You live near city-east in optimal situation of an interesting scene.
Numerous shopping opportunities close to the lively cultural-, scenic- and night life directly before the door. A large and beautiful market (Leopoldplatz) very nearby, reputed as one of the most interesting markets in Berlin.
You meet the typical mixture of antiques, countless cafe`s and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galleries, antiquities and small businesses. Many small and medium shops close by entice to diversify shopping sprees.
All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT at the current rate of 7%. We charge 35 Euro for final cleaning. Please note that these prices are not valid during major events, public holidays and other holiday periods (please ask for an offer).

In Berlin you find a very dense public transportation net. Many sights are directly and rapidly accessible. Because of the central location most guests leave their cars parked or do not even bring it along at all. The apartment lies directly at U-train station Seestrasse. Several underground lines, (night -) buses and a taxi stand are right in front of the door.
The next motorway departure is appropriate for a few car minutes far away in the south of the apartment and is called "Seestr."
From the airport Tegel you take the bus 128 (direction "Osloer Straße") up to the station "Kurt-Schumacher-Platz" and rise there into the U6 (direction "Alt-Mariendorf") and drive up to the station "Seestraße" (about 18 min.). From the airport Schönefeld you take the X7 (direction "Rudow") to the station "Rudow", change into the Underground U7 (direction "Rathaus Spandau") to the station "Mehrindamm". There take the underground U6 (direction "Alt-Tegel") and leave at the station "Seestraße" (about 55 min.).
From Hauptbahnhof (central station) you take the S-Bahn (direction "Friedrichstraße") and rise there into U6 (direction "Alt-Tegel") and drive up to the station "Seestraße". Alternatively you could take the bus 120 (direction "Hainbuchenstr.") up to underground station "Seestraße" (about 13 min.).

We spent 7 nights in the apartment. The location is superb (not in the center, but nice and quiet neighborhood). Gabi was so kind and gave us the keys, even when we got there a bit late. Supermarket, U and S stations and bus, literally 1 min walking. The apartment is spacious for 2 people, clean, and with all the amenities you can need, including extra towels and sheets. The kitchen is big enough to eat in there, and very clean. Bathroom small but enough to feel confortable. The only bad thing I would say about the apartment is that the mattress is old and not so confortable (but we survived). No problems with the wifi and hot water. I would repeat without doubt...but more happily if they change the mattress.....XD

The apartment is right on Nollendorfplatz, overlooking the uBahn station. It was clean, tidy and well laid out. The sofa-bed in the living room was lacking covers. The kitchen was very well equipped despite its small size. It was particularly nice to find that tea bags and milk had been provided. The kitchen window was badly cracked.
The bathroom/toilet is also small and somewhat cramped. It was clean and tidy. The bedroom was sparsely furnished but entirely adequate. The bed was comfortable.
The living room was a bit to warm at times: despite it being Summer and pretty warm the radiators were warm in the evenings so the windows and doors had to be opened to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The bedroom was much cooler.
The location is great. The area is lively and relaxed at the same time. Maaßenstraße is lined with bars and restaurants. Winterfeldplatz has a regular market with good fresh produce. There is a good, well stocked supermarket right below the apartment. One can be in the heart of the tourist areas in minutes.
As the apartment is on a busy street expect some noise at night: it was not a problem at any point. Just sitting on the balcony looking over the city was a nice relaxing to spend some time.
I would certainly book this place again were it available.

our stay in this flat was perfect. Location is excellent and the flat was really well equipped and in a very good state. its was also perfectly clean.

the apartment is very good and the location too , is well connected and there are supermarkets nearby. the only problem was trying to let us know the owner of the apartment , we did not answer the phone in the 5 days we were .
